Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Individuals under age of 18

This Website is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. All calls made by customers of The Bridal Helpline to Bridal Helpline Consultants, for scheduled appointments, may be monitored or recorded for training or quality assurance purposes. By utilizing The Bridal Helpline service, you consent to being monitored in this capacity.

ACCESS

We will provide you with access to your personal information that we store to the extent it is available and allow you to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information.

 

You may also send us an e-mail at customerservice@bridalhelpline.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If you delete your content submission from this Website or the Applications, copies of your content submissions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website or the Applications’ users.

 

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Bridal Helpline is a U.S. company, and the Website and the Applications are hosted in the United States. If you access the Website or the Applications from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from the United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, the Applications or our services, you may be transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer. 3. REFUND POLICY

The Bridal Helpline operates under the following refund policy:

 

Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment time.  For cancellations that occur less than twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations should be made online via the scheduling system that you used to schedule your appointment.

 

Missed Appointment:  If you miss your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Unsatisfactory Service: If your Bridal Helpline Consultant does not provide you with satisfactory customer service, you will be eligible to receive a 100% refund. To request a refund for unsatisfactory service, please send an email to customerservice@bridalhelpline.com with date and time of the call in question, as well as the name of your consultant and details of why you deem the service you received as unsatisfactory.

 

4. INFORMATION RECEIVED

By using this website, you agree that any information you receive for a Bridal Helpline Consultant during a session is solely the opinion of the consultant that you are speaking with.  The Bridal Helpline makes no claims as to the accuracy or validity of any information you receive.  Furthermore, usage of this information is at your sole discretion and you agree that the Bridal Helpline is not liable for any resultant outcomes that occur due to usage of this information.
